Within the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, the Krantz Lab leverages translational bioinformatics approaches for electronic health record phenotyping, routine lab machine learning, and immunogenomics of drug hypersensitivity and allergic diseases.


Through genomic analysis platforms like All of Us and Terra.bio, we seek to bring precision medicine approaches to drug hypersensitivity and allergic diseases that will translate to strategies for prevention, earlier diagnosis, and targeted therapies.
